RETURNS POLICY<\/h1>\n\n

1. Right to withdraw from the contract<\/h2>\n\n

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.<\/p>\n\n

To exercise your right of return, please inform the seller of your decision by email or via the returns form.<\/p>\n\n

2. Return deadline<\/h2>\n\n

Returned goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n\n

3. Condition of the returned product<\/h2>\n\n

The goods should be returned in their original condition, complete with all accessories, instructions and, where possible, in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n

The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n\n

4. Return costs<\/h2>\n\n

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the seller states otherwise.<\/p>\n\n

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.<\/p>\n\n

5. Refund<\/h2>\n\n

A refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch.<\/p>\n\n

The refund will be processed using the same payment method the customer used when placing the order, unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n

6. Products that cannot be returned<\/h2>\n\n

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n

  • products made to order,<\/li>\n\n
  • products damaged through the customer\u2019s fault,<\/li>\n\n
  • products that have been used in such a way that they can no longer be resold,<\/li>\n\n
  • products covered by exemptions in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
